Seeking a hair makeover? Rush Harrow is the place to go! My encounter with Ozge, the hair sorceress, was truly exceptional.
Wouldn't suggest!! Got a 50% off voucher for the weekend so decided to pamper myself with a haircut as I needed a trim. Usually visit my regular stylist but they're a tad pricey so opted for Rush this time. Arrived at the salon, sat on the chair, and was informed about a £17 surcharge for long hair! I mentioned it's not on their website (still can't find it!) but they insisted it's there, a £17 surcharge for hair below shoulder length supposedly! I feel £17 is quite an excessive surcharge for a haircut, understandable for a treatment as more product would be needed. £5 would have been more reasonable! Seems like they were trying to make up for the discount from the voucher 🤦🏽♀️. What's the use of a promo code! The haircut was disappointing as you can see in the photo and shorter than we discussed despite me wanting to maintain the length! They didn't show me how much they were cutting off! Now that it's short, I have to wait for it to grow to fix the layers! Should have just stuck to my regular stylist with the amount I ended up paying for what was supposed to be just a trim.
Always have a fantastic time at Rush. From seeking advice to getting treatments, it's always a breeze. I've always been hesitant about changing my hair, but Jess is fantastic. She listens to your desires but also provides her input. Never fails to impress. The staff are all wonderful and take good care of you. I've only been to Jess personally and would highly recommend her. Thank you for the wonderful experience today. Absolutely loving my new hair 🥰
