An absolutely delightful "Afternoon Treatment Experience"! My mother and I opted for the "rejuvenating ritual massage and facial" treatment, and the massage was incredibly relaxing and professionally done. The therapist really knew how to create a comfortable atmosphere. I left feeling radiant. I was attended to by Phoebe (apologies for the misspelling!), and she was exceptional. Please pass on my thanks to her. The outdoor pools, outdoor sauna, and all indoor facilities were fantastic. The afternoon tea was simply delightful. My spouse and I utilized the leisure and spa amenities during our stay at the hotel. The team were extremely warm and accommodating, particularly Alice who went the extra mile for us. The amenities were decent, albeit slightly outdated, but the garden was stunning and we were fortunate to have good weather to enjoy a cocktail on the sunbeds. I highly recommend a back massage with Emma. It was perhaps the finest back massage I've ever had and was exactly what I needed for a stress-free night away from the children.
