My spouse and I utilized the leisure and spa amenities during our stay at the hotel. The team were extremely warm and accommodating, particularly Alice who went the extra mile for us. The amenities were decent, albeit slightly outdated, but the garden was stunning and we were fortunate to have good weather to enjoy a cocktail on the sunbeds. I highly recommend a back massage with Emma. It was perhaps the finest back massage I've ever had and was exactly what I needed for a stress-free night away from the children. The treatment rooms were delightful too. We will certainly return and recommend to everyone.
The location and setting were delightful. The spa layout was pleasant. However, attention to detail could be enhanced, as the hostess left us waiting with our belongings for quite some time before escorting us to our lockers. The spa restroom had run out of toilet paper, and it took 45 minutes for our coffee to be served. The range of treatment options is extensive and all appear to be of high quality.
A genuinely beautiful spa with an incredible atmosphere and excellent facilities. The Japanese garden is truly inspiring, offering a serene setting to stroll through or admire while enjoying a delightful lunch. The therapists and treatments are exceptional and incredibly relaxing. I visited with a friend, and we indulged in the body scrub with back massage - a truly amazing experience. I am eagerly anticipating my next visit!
