Mariana was exceptionally friendly and professional. She made me feel at ease and provided me with advice on the optimal way to care for my skin. The ambiance was incredibly soothing and comfortable. The complimentary gift at the end was a nice touch, I will definitely be back.
This establishment is truly exceptional and I would wholeheartedly recommend it. From the moment I entered, the team made me feel incredibly welcome as they were all exceptionally friendly and professional. I had a delightful conversation with the lady at the reception and enjoyed a back, neck, and shoulder massage as well as a facial with Maria. I have had numerous massages and facials in the past but this experience was undoubtedly one of the best I've had. Maria was professional and amiable, making me feel completely at ease. Her dedication to her work and ensuring her clients have a top-notch experience is evident. The Elemis products are always a delightful addition! I feel rejuvenated. The central location in Guildford is very convenient. I will definitely be scheduling another treatment the next time I am in Guildford.
