I was quite surprised to learn that cuticle work isn't included in the file and polish service. I didn't need a full pedicure and have never encountered a salon that doesn't prepare the nails (remove cuticles, etc.) before applying polish. The final outcome was not satisfactory. The technician (Jess) was very pleasant, though, and she explained that these are the salon's policies.
Having lived without eyebrows for over a decade due to a skin condition and over-plucking, I finally decided to opt for microblading. I am thrilled that Nicola did them for me. From the initial consultation, she grasped the natural and subtle look I desired and what was important to me. She patiently guided me through the process, shapes, and colours. Throughout the treatment, she ensured my comfort and satisfaction with the shape. Personally, I believe my eyebrows look fantastic now. Given that I had sparse eyebrows for years and rarely drew them in, even my family members think they're real! If you're considering microblading, I highly recommend seeing Nicola!
