On my initial visit, I arrived with my naturally very curly and dark hair, seeking face-framing highlights in pastel pink despite being allergic to hair dye. Skye went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, displaying understanding and exceptional listening skills. The entire team at this salon is a pleasure to work with. On my second visit (which some may relate to), I attempted to touch up the pink myself and mistakenly used a peroxide-containing hair dye, resulting in an unintended orange hue on parts of my dark hair. It was a chaotic mix of pink, orange, brown, my natural colour, and some platinum strands. Nicola and Skye worked their magic and transformed my hair into a STUNNING blonde while we wait for it to recover before reintroducing the pink. Despite my initial uncertainty, they devised a plan, patiently explained it to me, remained attentive listeners, and flawlessly executed the plan within 2 hours. Having lived in London for 5 years, I can attest that I received superior service and expertise at a fraction of the cost. Exceptional work, and I am truly grateful. My hair now looks luxurious and exquisite. Additionally, as a novice in hair matters (hence the accidental orange incident), I initially doubted the final result after washing off the dye. Their immediate advice and reassurance, based on their expertise, proved me wrong. I am genuinely amazed by their skill and positive attitude, even late in the day. Thank you immensely!
