I desired to soften my hair hue and had a precise shade in mind. Louise, Anna and Kira went to great lengths to determine the optimal method for my hair. Louise took meticulous care in explaining what could and couldn't be achieved. She was incredibly helpful. Thank you, Louise, for another fantastic cut and colour, and a thoroughly enjoyable experience.
Our visit to The Hair Lounge on the morning of my wedding was exceptional. Jade did a fantastic job with my hair, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout.
