I've been a resident of the UK for about two years and have noticed that my nail polish tends to chip after just one week. Despite this, I have not addressed the issue with the salon. However, this time, after one week, my nail polish chipped again and I was unable to visit the salon due to work commitments. Finally, after two weeks, I managed to go back and asked if they could fix it. Unfortunately, the staff member I spoke to was quite aggressive and impolite, refusing to rectify the issue. I understand if they are unable to fix it, but I was very upset by the way I was spoken to 😞😞
