I had arranged an appointment with the proprietor for a wash, trim, and blow-dry. Upon arrival, I was informed that there was no record of hair washing in her schedule. The proprietor seemed stressed as she was working alone. I suggested I could return later and that I wasn't in a hurry. My hair was washed, but a plastic cape was placed around me without a towel, leaving my hair wet. Another customer arrived without an appointment, requesting root touch-up. I was set aside for her service. Showing a photo of the desired hairstyle, I emphasized not wanting it too short due to my fairly curly hair that tends to spring up. I wanted layers and a blow-dry to sweep back from my face. The cutting process was interrupted as she attended to another customer needing a hair wash. The hurried cutting lacked care, and I had to intervene to prevent further shortening. Disappointed by the lack of attention to detail, the proprietor missed opportunities to correct the cut. With long hair untouched for about two years, I feel dissatisfied with the uneven and improperly layered outcome. Paying £33.00 for what?! I do not recommend this hair salon.

There's nobody I'd entrust more than Dani to do my hair and make-up for my wedding day. Not only did she handle my sister's wedding hair and make-up, but we had such a wonderful experience with her back in 2017 that my mum and I ended up having Dani as our regular hairdresser! Fast forward to March 2024, and it was my turn to tie the knot! Dani and Kim were the incredible duo! They brought a fantastic energy to the room of lively bridesmaids and helped me feel composed and excited for the day ahead. Kim has an amazing sense of humour - she had us all laughing, and the atmosphere was fantastic on the morning of my wedding. My bridesmaids, who had their hair and make-up done, looked absolutely stunning, and I cannot express how amazing I felt in the hands of Dani and Kim. I felt like royalty!
