This establishment was absolutely fantastic! My nail technician executed all my requests flawlessly. Definitely the go-to place for getting your nails done in town. They were also very accommodating and patient while I settled my payment!
Dropped in on a Saturday morning for a pedicure and manicure. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and kind. They offered me a drink and made me feel really at ease. The salon is impeccably clean and all the tools are well-maintained. My daughter got full acrylics and was over the moon with the results. I highly recommend this place if you're in Halifax.
I haven't visited for a while as I've been letting my nails breathe. I was quite disappointed to discover that the salon appeared quite unkempt. This was at 9:30 am with only one other customer present. There was a significant amount of nail dust scattered around, everything seemed worn out and not very clean. I understand that they can get busy, but hygiene and best practices should be a TOP PRIORITY. They should consider investing in new equipment, sterilising and cleaning their tools daily to prevent potential infections. Upgrade your equipment and ensure your staff are trained to maintain cleanliness and replace items as needed. You can't just accept payments without being health and safety-conscious.
