Recently, I had my initial BIABS application by Torie, and I absolutely adore the outcome! Torie's warmth and friendliness made me feel at ease throughout the session. I am eagerly anticipating my next appointment and would wholeheartedly suggest her services. The salon itself is charming, providing a welcoming environment where all the staff are delightful.
I was quite disappointed with my initial and sole experience at nails by Torie. Upon arrival for my appointment, I was informed that she could not accommodate the length or style I desired, even though I had provided a photo and answered minimal questions beforehand. Consequently, I lost my £10 deposit, had to reschedule my appointment, and wasted time during my workday to travel for the service.
My first session for a biab manicure with Torie was fantastic! I am thrilled with the results as my nails have shown significant growth since the treatment. I highly recommend her services to all ladies looking for nail care. Torie is exceptional, taking her time to ensure a welcoming experience. The salon exudes a pleasant atmosphere, and the entire team makes you feel at home. I will definitely be a returning customer.
