K2 Nails

Just had an absolutely dreadful experience in here! I specifically requested my nails not to have a thick top layer. The individual made them thick on top, and even after I pointed it out, he denied it. He seemed irritated, forcefully handled my fingers, and spoke about me in his native language to the other nail technicians. I even included a £2 tip because he mentioned the price was £33, thinking I'd add a little extra. However, there was no acknowledgment, no thank you, no goodbye after I mentioned both issues to them. The most ignorant and impolite person who has ever worked on my nails. I used to be a regular customer, but I will be taking my business elsewhere. If he had listened to me initially, he wouldn't have needed me to correct his mistake. Women visit these establishments to feel good and unwind from life's pressures, not to be treated terribly. I've been going through a tough time lately and just wanted to feel good, but he nearly brought me to tears, which is not like me at all. What a dreadful experience! I will never return.

Not very pleased, to be frank. I paid £40 for my partner's nails to be done. She requested an 'f' on her nails, but it was done backwards, and the design was completely different from what she had asked for.
