I have been a member at Pure Spa before and have previously enjoyed my visits. As a returning customer, I received a 50% discount on my birthday on email. Yesterday, I booked two treatments for myself and explicitly asked to use this discount, which was confirmed by the girl on reception. However, today when I received my treatments, I was informed that the discount could only be applied to one treatment, not both. This was very disappointing as I had specifically asked about using the discount for both treatments beforehand. Had I known, I would have opted for a single, longer treatment of 90 minutes to enjoy a more relaxed experience. No one apologized for this miscommunication.
