Not the spot for glamorous blowouts. I visited once before a significant celebration, requesting voluminous curls but left with a throwback to 90s frizz. The initial blow-dry lacked finesse and gloss, leaving my hair lacklustre. I raised concerns when small rollers emerged (for bouncy curls?), yet was reassured. Alas, the outcome fell short. Transparency on their styling limitations would have been appreciated. I have not returned since.
