Today was my first visit and it was a delightful experience. I managed to secure an appointment promptly and was pleased with the outcome. Despite my sensitive skin, the eyebrow threading was done to perfection. I wholeheartedly recommend this place for eyebrow treatments.
My visit here left me dissatisfied. I opted for Hollywood waxing and upper leg wax treatments, which lasted just over an hour. Unfortunately, the beautician did a poor job by claiming my hair was too short and had too many ingrown hairs, which was not the case. The lack of skill was evident, and the customer service was subpar with no greetings and unwelcoming looks. Additionally, the exorbitant prices of £60 for only two wax treatments felt like a rip-off.
I wasn't impressed with my visit. The person who washed my hair didn't do a thorough job, their touch was weak and they didn't clean my hair properly. The stylist struggled with styling my fringe, a basic task for a hair professional. Furthermore, interruptions during my treatment and a lacklustre environment added to the disappointment.
