Olivia was my lash technician, and she was absolutely fantastic. She was warm, approachable, and skilled. I opted for classic lashes, and even after 3 weeks, they were still looking great. When I went back for infills, I decided to try hybrid lashes for a fuller effect. On both occasions, I was extremely satisfied and would gladly return. I went to get my hair styled by a trainee, the instructor seemed more focused on their own hair. After 7 hours, my hair was unevenly coloured and poorly cut. The water turned cold during rinsing.
