I utilized a gift voucher given to me by a friend. The booking process was seamless. The receptionist/front desk staff were very professional, friendly, and responsive to any queries. The massage itself was truly enjoyable. The masseuse was attentive to my requests for different pressure levels. I would definitely come back for another massage.
I recently visited for massages which were generally pleasant and professionally done. However, on multiple occasions, the massages didn't last the full 45 minutes as advertised. Instead, they concluded after 41 or 42 minutes. When paying for a 45-minute massage, I expect the full duration and not just around 40 minutes. This was a bit disappointing for me, especially considering the relatively high prices compared to other options available.
Absolutely fantastic services at this charming cozy salon. Oliver, the manager, was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, and my therapist, Isabelle, who carried out my waxing and lash lift, was exceptionally friendly and skilled. All the individuals at this salon are outstanding! Delighted with the results. Highly recommended!
