Nitu was remarkably kind and delightful. I had a shellac nail appointment with them. Adored my nail. Look at my pic.
Just had an incredibly disappointing experience after getting my eyebrows done here for years. There were 2 individuals I was instructed to wait for, I waited for about 15 minutes while one was standing idly by, when I mentioned I was busy and started to leave, she became flustered and insisted I sit back down, she spent 1 minute doing my eyebrows with little care or attention, and accidentally cut my skin. She then proceeded to tell me I had pimples and needed to buy the products she was selling, I informed her I was using prescribed skincare and wasn’t interested, but she continued to push. She then intentionally overcharged me and only reluctantly returned my money when I discovered. Overall, not pleased with my eyebrows, minimal difference before and after, and thoroughly disappointed with the service.
Exceptionally lovely individual... Cangul is highly professional and genuinely cares about their clients! I had a Facial and they paid meticulous attention to detail. Their prices are definitely worth it. I will certainly be a returning customer. Highly recommended.
