Alex did a fantastic job tinting my eyebrows and eyelashes. The service was excellent, and I will definitely use them again.
Absolutely horrendous how Alex has treated me. Altered the price of bridal hair and makeup twice after confirming an original cost and paying a deposit. I did mention it was unprofessional of them to do so, but agreed to the new price. Everything seemed fine, until Alex messaged me again saying they couldn't do it anymore. They promised to refund my deposit, but then claimed they couldn't process it. They mentioned having paid too many people and mine was the only one that wouldn't work? Now they're saying they'll have someone else send it, and to top it off, they're asking me to send a picture of my bank card!!! Is this person serious!!!!
