Oh dear! What a disappointment, this was once my preferred spot for treatments. I had a head, neck, and shoulder massage. The treatment room was chilly, as were the therapist's hands. The entire salon felt cold. The bed was supposed to warm up, but it didn't seem to make any difference. The treatment quality has declined from before. I had already paid in advance, so I felt obligated to go through with my treatment. This place is no longer my first choice, truly disheartened!
*Returned today for the same treatment on 24/03/2024. I had to leave because of how cold it was lying on a cold table with a non-heated massage table in a chilly room. The whole establishment felt cold, and I couldn't bear half an hour in that icy environment. I paid for my bikini wax and left. The staff just offered apologies, which didn't suffice. We pay to visit a spa to relax and feel better about ourselves. I had made a booking in advance and found it frustrating to have to repeatedly explain my treatment. It's very disheartening that my previous positive experience has been overshadowed. The situation wasn't helped by someone walking into the room while my top was off. Overall, unprofessional. Where is the staff training to handle such issues?*
