First time visiting today, experienced a few hiccups with my appointment. Slightly delayed but they kept me well informed, messaged and called promptly. Contacted me shortly after I made my reservation. The masseuse I had was very pleasant and skilled. Made me feel at ease and welcomed. Provided refreshments upon arrival. Respected my need for privacy as a female individual of the British nationality.
Extremely unprofessional and unethical business conduct. My spa package expired without my knowledge, resulting in the loss of 2 x 1-hour massages. I explained to the staff that I had been unable to book appointments in recent months due to a family emergency, and they took advantage of this situation.
