Oh dear! What a disappointment, this was once my preferred spot for treatments. I had a head, neck, and shoulder massage. The treatment room was chilly, as were the therapist's hands. The entire salon felt cold. The bed was supposed to warm up, but it didn't seem to make any difference. The treatment quality has declined from before. I had already paid in advance, so I felt obligated to go through with my treatment.
