The staff here are truly amazing, even when faced with high pressure situations they manage to make you feel at ease and comfortable.
I visit this chemist for my daily supervised medication, and the staff are warm, quick, friendly, caring, and welcoming. They also have a decent range of retail products for a smaller store. It can get quite busy, but the staff are exceptional at managing queues without compromising on the quality of service and care provided. They are a bit slow in processing electronic prescriptions, but there have been improvements with changes in management.
I had to urgently get a prescription filled at the chemist in Liverpool. NHS 111 helped me with this. I phoned the chemist to pick it up and the extremely impolite person who answered refused to provide it to me because I usually don't use that chemist for my prescriptions. He also mentioned a previous incident where he didn't receive reimbursement for an emergency prescription (NHS prescription)!! It's evident that they lack concern for their community, clients, and showing kindness.
