Sadie provides exceptional service - she is incredibly kind and goes above and beyond to assist you. She gives fantastic haircuts and knows exactly how I like mine!
Exceptionally pleasant and helpful hairdresser who took the time to ensure the customer felt at ease. During my visit, there were two children, around 3 years old. The hairdresser handled the situation with grace.
Sadie is a charming hair stylist let down by the salon owner. Owner boasts about being hair experts, yet all supermarket products are used in the salon. Why not use high-end products to truly showcase your skills? No Goldwell, Matrix, or Kerastase products in sight. When I asked the owner about this, she ignored me and deleted my question. I tried again, stating that if she couldn't be bothered to respond, I wouldn't support her business. Still no reply - she sees customers as mere cash cows. How ignorant. Her loss, not mine.
