The Luxury Gap is an amazing salon I've been frequenting for years - my daughter too. All the ladies are fantastic and excel in all the treatments on offer. Professional, friendly, and inviting atmosphere. So fortunate to have a salon of this quality in Haslemere - wouldn't go anywhere else.
TIME WASTERS!! Scheduled this appointment a month in advance. Organised a taxi, adjusted my morning gym routine and my schedule to arrive on time. Informed abruptly, they can’t proceed with my treatment as I haven't had a patch test beforehand. Shouldn't all the details be confirmed with the customer when making the appointment? Very disappointed, I won't be coming back.
