Had my two daughters' ears pierced here, and both experiences were excellent.
Anticipating the store's opening at 9am, only for the worker to arrive at 10 past. It took her 20 minutes to open up, despite the online schedule indicating a 9am opening time. The worker nonchalantly mentioned to the sky kiosk outside that she was running late this morning. Subpar customer service.
Visited with Uncle Tom, an absolutely delightful experience. Despite appearing authoritative in the photo, he handled his ear piercing like a champ. A definite approval from me.
