We visited this establishment based on a recommendation. Reviews were mixed but acceptable. Saturday around 16:00, I appreciate it was a busy time. HOWEVER, this establishment was chaotic. Acrylic nail clippings littered the floor. I observed no cleaning between clients. Service was passable but not exceptional. During my pedicure, I feared the gentleman was going to file my skin to the bone. My daughter's manicure and polish lacked precision. I did not notice any signage, but they only accepted cash.
Having recently relocated to Hastings from London, I decided to give TN nails a try... initially, the decor seemed fine with the floral accents on the walls and all... I regret to say, from start to finish, I was thoroughly unimpressed... the salon is unclean and unwelcoming! The pedicure I received was the worst, using old tools and foot scrubbers that had been used on previous clients... no fresh equipment for each individual! Even the nail varnish dryer was grimy inside... my nails stung from whatever was applied, and some polish peeled off after 10 days, taking half my nail with it. This has never happened to me before... I will never return... I must now wait for my nails to strengthen before having them done again. Unwelcoming personnel, unclean and unhygienic!
Nikki and his team are fantastic. Reasonably priced, efficient, personable - with plenty of smiles and witty remarks. Very thorough with excellent massage chairs. I shall return. Thank you x
