During the nail session, there was an unfortunate incident where the technician accidentally drilled into my cuticles, causing bleeding. To my discomfort, they applied an alcohol solution to the wound, causing a stinging sensation. The nail shape turned out poorly, and my nail beds feel and look distressed. I paid £32 for this experience and will not be returning.
I would suggest this establishment for a pedicure rather than a manicure. The pedicure service here in Hatfield is exceptional. They effectively remove calluses, trim and shape nails, and provide a relaxing massage while you sit. All tools used are sanitary and new. Additionally, they moisturize with cream. The only improvement I would suggest is adding an exfoliating scrub, which some places offer. Cash payments only, no cards accepted.
They did a splendid job on my nails, I adore them! The precision in matching them to the photo I presented was remarkable. The gentleman attending to me was incredibly patient. Their pricing is quite reasonable, and the pedicure experience was delightful. I will certainly return.
