I stumbled upon this shop thanks to a friend's suggestion, unsure of what to anticipate. I decided to take a chance and brought my daughter in for some braids. The staff were incredibly warm and courteous. They even called in the morning to confirm the appointment I had made over the phone a few days prior. Although there was a brief wait, it wasn't too lengthy. The service was prompt, and the braids turned out stunning. Additionally, they offer a wide selection of hair and beauty products.
I have never encountered such hostility and disrespect before. The hairdresser, Fatima, was impolite, haughty, and belittling. I was excited to get my hair done, but the entire experience was marred by her constant insults regarding my hair and age. She even went as far as to refer to me as disabled. At times, Fatima would turn to her colleague and snicker, making fun of me. Her work was subpar and rushed. AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT. Visit any other salon in Hayes if you expect to be treated with basic human decency.
A charming spot. The staff is always kind and welcoming. Every visit feels comfortable, and they make an effort to understand my preferences. Recently, they introduced some fantastic products from EBIN, which I adore. I hope they continue to expand their range of EBIN offerings.
