Not only did I receive exceptional customer service, but the quality of Phoebe's work is truly remarkable! She is incredibly attentive to her customers' needs and puts in dedicated effort to ensure they have a top-notch experience. Even before stepping into the salon, Phoebe reached out to inquire about my preferred refreshment. I was offered a range of choices, from a simple bottle of water to a luxurious glass of prosecco. I wholeheartedly recommend Phoebe and eagerly anticipate my next visit to explore more of her offerings. My next appointment is already a source of excitement for me!

Extremely disheartening encounter. I had meticulously selected my appointment after extensive research and even missed out on another booking elsewhere, only to have it abruptly cancelled because she was unwilling to accept new clients. A more appropriate course of action would have been to honour existing appointments and establish a cut-off date in the booking system with a few weeks' notice. One cannot predict the reasons behind people's bookings - be it for a wedding, a special event, or simply to feel uplifted - making this a rather careless and inconsiderate decision. Not at all reflective of a professional stance.

I am consistently delighted with her services, leaving feeling rejuvenated and content. Phoebe exudes friendliness, always maintaining a cheerful demeanour and displaying a high level of professionalism.
