Finally a hairdresser who cut my hair just as I wanted! The service was friendly and efficient in a salon with a delightful ambiance, all for a very reasonable price. I will definitely be returning and perhaps trying out more of their services next time.
Getting my hair curled here was an awful ordeal. As the stylist was removing the plastic curls, she was quite impolite and it caused discomfort on my scalp. I kept saying "It hurts, it hurts", but due to possible background noise, the stylist couldn't hear me clearly and asked, "What do you mean?" My grasp of English isn't the best, so I could only persist, hoping it would be over soon. While washing my hair, she kept accidentally getting water in my ears. The most surprising part was when I stood up after the hair wash, I discovered my entire back was drenched. The stylist tried to dry my clothes with a hairdryer, but due to their thickness, she couldn't fully dry them quickly. My bra was completely soaked and clinging to my back, causing great discomfort. I just wanted to leave quickly at that point, so I departed and took the bus back with my clothes wet. My back kept itching on the journey back, and I suspected that the curling liquid may have seeped onto my skin through the wet clothes. Overall, the curling experience was very disappointing, and I found the stylist to be highly unprofessional.
Absolutely thrilled with my new hairstyle from this evening! Incredibly friendly service that turned my experience into a positive one. My confidence has skyrocketed from zero to one hundred with my fresh look. Thank you so much once again; I can't recommend you highly enough! Adore it 🥰...
