The service at this salon is always top-notch. The staff are friendly, attentive, and always cater to the clients' needs. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.
I've been a customer at this salon for 20 years, and Kerry always gives me the best haircut. Lisa, Kath, and the new stylist are also great at what they do. The atmosphere is always fun, and sometimes I even get a lolly if I'm well-behaved.
My partner had a terrible experience at the salon. The stylist was rude, didn't listen to what he wanted, and ended up cutting his hair way too short. He was left looking like a mess and was told to go to a different stylist next time. This is unacceptable and that stylist should be fired.
