The staff here are truly delightful. I had a pedicure appointment, but it wasn't quite the experience I had hoped for. I was just given a chair and a foot spa that I could easily have at home. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else now that I've found Becky and Ngaire. They are both fantastic at what they do and create a welcoming atmosphere. Becky is especially skilled with waxing, quick and efficient. It's wonderful to support a local business run by two talented women. The prices are reasonable too. To get to Hemel Massage at 149 London Rd, Apsley, Hemel Hempstead HP3 9SQ, United Kingdom by public transport, take bus number 500 from Hemel Hempstead Station towards Watford and get off at the Apsley Lock stop. The salon is a short walk from there. If driving, take the A4251 London Road and turn onto Featherbed Lane. If I could rate lower, I definitely would. The service I received today was utterly appalling. The lady attending to me had the audacity to question my gender when I requested a bikini wax. She laughed and insinuated that I might be "transitioning" because of my muscular build, all while chuckling. I'm currently preparing for a competition, hence my lean physique, but the insensitivity displayed here is unacceptable.
