The staff here are truly delightful. I had a pedicure appointment, but it wasn't quite the experience I had hoped for. I was just given a chair and a foot spa that I could easily have at home. If I could rate lower, I definitely would. The service I received today was utterly appalling. The lady attending to me had the audacity to question my gender when I requested a bikini wax. She laughed and insinuated that I might be "transitioning" because of my muscular build, all while chuckling. I'm currently preparing for a competition, hence my lean physique, but the insensitivity displayed here is unacceptable.
