The staff here are truly delightful. I had a pedicure appointment, but it wasn't quite the experience I had hoped for. I was just given a chair and a foot spa that I could easily have at home. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else now that I've found Becky and Ngaire. They are both fantastic at what they do and create a welcoming atmosphere. Becky is especially skilled with waxing, quick and efficient. It's wonderful to support a local business run by two talented women. The prices are reasonable too. The salon is a short walk from there. If driving, take the A4251 London Road and turn onto Featherbed Lane. If I could rate lower, I definitely would. The service I received today was utterly appalling. The lady attending to me had the audacity to question my gender when I requested a bikini wax. She laughed and insinuated that I might be "transitioning" because of my muscular build, all while chuckling. I'm currently preparing for a competition, hence my lean physique, but the insensitivity displayed here is unacceptable.
