I have been a loyal customer at this nail salon for approximately two years and have consistently had positive experiences. However, my recent visit was quite disappointing. The technician who usually does my nails both applied and removed them on this occasion. Unfortunately, the nail application was subpar, leading me to return for corrections. Upon having them removed, I found that they had been filed down excessively, causing discomfort as they are now sore, patchy, and uneven. This has never been the case before at this establishment. My nails were previously in good condition, having not been done for four months, so the issue was not due to thinning. Additionally, my cuticles were aggressively cut, resulting in pain during the process and leaving them bleeding. I feel conflicted as the technician appeared to be meticulous but lacked the necessary skills. While one person's performance does not reflect the entire salon, I must caution that receiving services from them may result in pain or unsatisfactory nail work.
