Had an appointment booked yesterday, my mates paid for his upfront. The appointment was scheduled for 2.55pm and wasn't informed of the cancellation until about 25 to 30 minutes before. Was told they tried to reach him on social media when they had his number. A bit more notice would have been appreciated. My mate is still waiting for his refund. Thankfully, there's a charming newly opened shop down the road that is fantastic and welcoming! No proper explanation given at all.
