The pace of service in this shop can be frustratingly slow at times! The younger team members are making an effort and usually greet customers with a smile and a hello. However, there is one older lady with medium length brown hair and glasses who is consistently rude and unpleasant. Despite the convenience of Boots' location in the town, I now prefer to shop elsewhere.
This store is well organized and efficiently managed. While it may not be the largest, it stocks all the essential items one might need on a daily basis. The staff members are friendly, and the checkout process is swift.
My initial experience at the store was satisfactory. It appears that the younger staff members are more attentive compared to the older ones. However, during my second visit, I encountered a frustrating issue with swiping my advantage card that could have been avoided. Subsequent visits have been marred by long queues, with only two tills operational and often only one staff member manning them. This poor management of physical resources is unfair to customers, especially considering the lack of competition in the area, leading to a sense of complacency among the staff.
