Well... just spot on. Struggled with my hair thinning and excessive bleaching causing breakage. Needed a solid trim !! Although Jack was hesitant... and so was I, I absolutely adore it. The entire team were extremely welcoming and couldn't have asked for a better service. Rarely do I frequent a hair salon as I'm often let down and end up taking the scissors to it myself.
