In the area for a break and decided to surprise my mate with a spa session. After checking out the reviews, I gave them a ring to book a slot. Jessica was incredibly kind and helpful on the phone. But our visit surpassed all expectations. My mate described it as more than just a massage, it was a truly amazing experience! We both felt incredibly welcomed. Such a charming place, with such wonderful people! I highly recommend it.
I've indulged in various treatments here over the years while visiting the nearby Kielder. The treatment rooms are exquisitely decorated and serene, creating a soothing atmosphere, and the treatments are simply delightful. I wholeheartedly recommend spoiling yourself or a loved one with some pampering at Naturel.
Whenever I need treatment, I always seek out Simon. He's incredibly meticulous and always leaves me feeling so much better. I can't recommend him enough.
