On the whole, Susan was fantastic and offered me valuable advice on how to style my curly locks. The establishment is pleasant, the staff are amiable, but there is room for improvement in customer service.
Frankie was absolutely delightful, incredibly easy to converse with, they attentively listened to my desires, sought my input on the optimal approach to achieve my hair aspirations, and provided me with guidance for at-home maintenance as well. My hair now appears and feels remarkable, significantly lighter and healthier without sacrificing too much length. I cannot speak highly enough of them. Flawless 10/10.
