James did an amazing job on the balayage. Incredibly professional and the salon is stunning. All the staff are delightful. (See below for a before and after image)
My experience was fantastic - James was the first stylist to offer me suggestions on what would suit me (rather than just cutting my hair as other salons tend to do)! I've received numerous compliments on my hair and will definitely be going back! :)
I would suggest avoiding this establishment! I reached out to the clinic and they claimed there was nothing wrong with the work they had done, insisting it looked really beautiful - please refer to the photo. They mentioned it could take up to 3 sessions to achieve the desired shape for Russian lips, and the owner of the establishment refuses to acknowledge the poor quality of the work she performed. I've had fillers done elsewhere with no issues at all. Disappointed!
