This was my first visit, and I will definitely be returning. The service and efficiency were exceptional, with my French tip nails being the best I have ever had - they were precisely as I wanted. The prices are reasonable, making it a great value. I highly recommend this place; don't hesitate, make your way there - you won't be disappointed.
I have visited Chloe nails numerous times and always had a pleasant experience until today. I went to have my acrylics removed, a process that typically takes no more than 30 minutes, but this time it took over an hour. The service was subpar as the individual attending to me kept answering the phone and assisting other customers, causing unnecessary delays. Not all the acrylic was successfully removed from each nail, and my pinky finger is now bleeding. Additionally, there is a white residue around my fingers that does not wash off easily, leaving me dissatisfied with the overall outcome. This experience is disappointing, especially considering my previous positive experiences at this salon. I have decided not to return in the future.
Chloe nails never disappoints! They are efficient, maintain a clean salon, adhere to COVID safety measures, and consistently deliver excellent work. I am quite particular about my nails, yet I have no complaints after visiting this salon. Undoubtedly one of the top nail establishments I have ever frequented.
