Situated at the lower level of the shopping centre across from Sainsbury's, this salon is delightful. I was very pleased with the eyebrow threading I received. The service was quick and friendly, delivering great results. There were a few stray hairs, but considering it was a spontaneous visit and factoring in the price and efficiency, I am highly satisfied. The salon is impeccably clean, with a wide array of colours to choose from. The prices are incredibly fair for the high quality of work. **The nail technician was rough, hurried, and caused me to bleed twice on different nail beds. The nail lengths and shapes between my hands were inconsistent, with some nails longer and more rounded than others - an overall messy job. To make matters worse, the appointment concluded without ensuring my nails were dry or applying a top coat, leading to them getting ruined moments after leaving the salon. I had booked through ClassPass credits, which may have contributed to feeling rushed and lacking care and attention, but that is no excuse.
