**The nail technician was rough, hurried, and caused me to bleed twice on different nail beds. The nail lengths and shapes between my hands were inconsistent, with some nails longer and more rounded than others - an overall messy job. To make matters worse, the appointment concluded without ensuring my nails were dry or applying a top coat, leading to them getting ruined moments after leaving the salon. I had booked through ClassPass credits, which may have contributed to feeling rushed and lacking care and attention, but that is no excuse. I have no intention of going back.**
The service was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly friendly. They recommended a Biab infill instead of what I initially requested, which saved me money. I've had issues with uneven finishes at other salons in the past, but their work is impeccably neat. They skillfully filed down the Biab, ensuring it didn't look thick. I'm delighted with the outcome and will definitely be returning.
**All the staff here are fantastic, especially Emily. They truly listen to your preferences, even if you're quite particular, and are open to trying out the style you have in mind. I always leave feeling extremely satisfied with the most adorable nails, and I consistently receive compliments on them too!**
