I have been a regular visitor to this nail salon for over a year now, and I must say it is the finest establishment I have ever frequented for nail care. The staff are always incredibly accommodating, and they have an impeccable understanding of my preferences, consistently delivering flawless results. I cannot speak highly enough of this place!
I recently had gel polish applied at Nailuxury in Highgate. The entire process felt incredibly rushed, with the technician barely spending 15 minutes on my nails. The application was sloppy, as the gel did not reach the cuticles, causing significant growth within a week. I had to request for my nails to be tidied up, and the excess polish removed from my skin. The technician who attended to me displayed a lack of professionalism and was quite impolite. Despite the friendly nature of the other staff members, this negative experience has deterred me from returning to the salon. I will be seeking nail services elsewhere in the future.
I have decided not to return to this salon. The waxing treatment I received was far too aggressive, resulting in burns around my eyes and peeling skin. I must admit, I am thoroughly disappointed with the service I received.
