I was charged the full fee when my entire family was all really unwell with the flu for a number of weeks in January/February 2024 and I forgot about an appointment I had booked for my son.
I understand some people might try to take advantage and inconvenience hairdressers, but we were new clients, had never cancelled or forgotten before, and only did so because we were genuinely very sick. No benefit of the doubt was given, even though I apologised profusely and explained that I would rebook as soon as we were better.
I would not suggest this salon to anyone because of this. It was extremely upsetting and lacked understanding, especially when we were already going through a very difficult time.
And even after this incident, I continued to receive texts reminding me to rebook with them!!
