The salon is charming, and the ladies working here are lovely. However, I recently had a lash lift for the first time, hoping to enhance my naturally long lashes and reduce my daily mascara usage. Sadly, I ended up with short, curly, and wispy lashes from day one, which only worsened over the following weeks. I am thoroughly disappointed and would not return. It is distressing because even mascara cannot rectify the situation until the product wears off my lashes. On a positive note, they did offer me a refund.
I have been a patron of Catrina's since February and truly regret not discovering her sooner! Each BIAB set I have received has been exceptional, maintaining its quality for weeks. The salon's ambiance and setup are superb as well, highly recommended!
I absolutely adore this salon. I have been getting my nails done by Georgina for nearly a year now, and she consistently delivers outstanding results. Her work has even inspired me to pursue BIAB myself. I enrolled in Catrina's BIAB training course, which was a fantastic experience. She guided me through every step with great assistance. I also have my lashes done by Alison, who does an exceptional job every time. I wholeheartedly recommend this salon; all the ladies are delightful and provide thorough, excellent service ❤️
