A top-notch destination for nail treatments, with an exceptional nail artist like Lyra. The final look of my nails exceeded my expectations, and I am thrilled with the outcome. The staff created a warm and welcoming atmosphere, displaying kindness and flexibility. Service rating: 10/10.

We reserved a slot to try on prom dresses. Upon arrival, the store was crowded. No space to even move. No warm greeting. The changing rooms were incredibly small. There was a wide range of options, hence the 2nd star, but I/we were truly surprised by the lack of customer service. Every other dress shop has been welcoming, attentive, and made the experience enjoyable for the girls. The ladies in this shop just seemed disinterested in understanding what you're looking for, or offering guidance on what to look for, and simply pushed us into the tiniest fitting room! Then left us to it. When we finally found a dress we liked, they once again didn't seem very engaged. I inquired about the next size up, as the back fastening was 'snug', to which they claimed it wouldn't be necessary, as they didn't have the next size in stock, and assured us we would be fine. Upon receiving the dress several months later, we went to the shop, again left to try it on alone, and couldn't fasten it. One of the ladies came to help, and nearly brought my daughter to tears with the pulling and squeezing, saying 'oh, it's fine'. But it wasn't. We weren't presented with any other options, so we had to ask, can we try on others?, which we did again with no help, advice, or guidance. Eventually found one, one that they couldn't order but we could take from the shop display. They didn't offer any discounts, or thoroughly inspect it to ensure all was well and then steam it as they should, they just packed it up and charged us the full price! When we requested a discount for it being used, they initially claimed they had, but upon further inquiry, they only knocked off £25!! Overall, very disappointed. Was not a pleasant or enjoyable experience for my daughter.
