I have frequented this Nail Salon for a while now and would like to share my personal experience thus far. I recently had a special event and entrusted Mia and her team to work their magic on my nails. And boy, did they deliver! I am thoroughly impressed with the beautiful, elegant, and high-quality nails they created. I spent a week by the seaside engaging in water activities, and not a single nail chipped or broke. The gemstones lasted exceptionally well. Thank you for your excellent service, and I wish your business continued success.
Although I had booked a simple colour, they ended up giving me a full set of shellac in just 40 minutes. The service felt rushed, and the technician seemed unwell, coughing throughout the appointment. To top it off, when it came time to pay, they tried to charge me £38 instead of the agreed £28. Despite my long history of getting my nails done in various places, this experience was far from pleasant. I refused to pay the full amount, and I have no intentions of returning. I strongly advise against visiting this establishment. As a side note, they even went as far as demanding payment to an account written on a piece of paper that was thrown at me, accompanied by dirty looks.
The team at this salon always takes great care of my nails. I've been opting for Biab full sets to maintain the strength and health of my nails. During my last visit, they surprised me with a creative design featuring silver hearts and gemstones, which turned out stunning. I wholeheartedly recommend The Nail Salon!!!
